Given the martial law situation in Ukraine, the number of injuries among both military and civilians has increased significantly over the past 2 years. The latter requires the mobility of emergency medical services, timely and effective emergency medical care at the scene and during evacuation (hospitalisation). Of great importance for emergency medical services is the inspection of the scene, primary, secondary and re-examination of the injured patient to determine the severity of the injury, critical conditions, the need for emergency medical care and transportation to the nearest medical facility (military or civilian). We will try to highlight the methodology of emergency medical services work at the scene, examination of the injured person and his/her hospitalisation.
