At 70 adolescents with abnormal myocardium during Doppler echocardiography in the sample isometric exercise, identified three types of diastolic function of the left ventricle, depending on the ratio E/A. The most pronounced changes in the studied fitted with a third type of diastolic function, as evidence: the tendency to increase the time of isovolumic relaxation, a significant increase in the time deceleration phase velocity of the first filling of the left ventricle, reducing the rate of filling of the left ventricle as the first passive filling phase, and in a second phase of active left ventricular filling, increased ratio of E/A above 2 as well as a significant expansion of the left atrium.
