The analysis of the results of treatment of 177 patients with complications of acute pancreatitis with the use of minimally invasive and open surgical procedures has been carried out. Due to the developed algorithm, 87 (49.1%) patients had effective conservative treatment. Less invasive interventions had a positive effect in 66 (73.3%) patients. Open surgical interventions are performed in 24 (26.7%). According to the results of the use of minimally invasive surgical interventions in patients with complications of acute pancreatitis, it is established that they cause less trauma to the patient, decreases the number of days of stay in the hospital, reduces the overall mortality (4.5% against 17.7% in the comparison group).
