Complex clinical and neuroimaging examination of 12 patients with thalamic hemorrhages was performed. The results showed that thalamic hemorrhage is accompanied not only by the damage of the one, but few thalamic vascular areas, causing the changes of surrounding structures of the brain. Clinical specific symptoms and syndromes in case of hemorrhagic thalamic infarctions were described. The effectiveness of complex conservative therapy, which implies an impact on possible potential targets with thalamic hemorrhages, was established. The analysis of the consequences of the disease was carried out.
